For both of us, our journey into hospitality began at home — inspired by our parents, who passed down a love for flavors, gatherings, and the art of sharing. What started in our family kitchens has grown into a lifelong passion for creating memorable experiences behind the bar.

  • It all begins with a passion. Henry’s passion for flavors started in the kitchen, cooking alongside his grandmother and mother in France. That early love for ingredients and creativity naturally led him to hospitality, where he found a calling behind the bar.

    Born French-American and now based in Los Angeles after moving to the U.S. four years ago, Henry blends European artistry with California energy. His experience spans luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, and vibrant nightlife—from the French coast to Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

    Known for his attention to detail, warm hosting style, and inventive cocktails, Henry believes every drink should tell a story. For him, mixology is more than service—it’s a way to craft memories, combining nostalgia with modern sophistication.

  • Born and raised in Los Angeles to French culinary parents, Dorian grew up immersed in hospitality. His father’s restaurant on Abbot Kinney was a Venice institution for two decades, and it was there that Dorian discovered the rhythm of restaurants, flavors, and service. By age 15 he was already working in bars and kitchens, and at 21 he began barbacking at the historic Townhouse. That’s where his true passion for cocktails and hospitality took flight.

    Over the next nine years, Dorian worked his way up to bartender and ultimately Beverage Director, curating seasonal cocktail menus, managing teams, and creating innovative beverage programs that became staples of Venice nightlife. With roots in French cuisine and a career built in the heart of Los Angeles, Dorian brings both heritage and vision to every glass he serves.
