Legacy Mobile Bar is the creation of two passionate professionals whose lives have been shaped by the blend of French elegance and American spirit.
Henry, born French to an American father, brings almost a decade of experience in hospitality and the craft of mixology, transforming spirits into refined, memorable experiences.
Dorian, born in the U.S. to French parents, grew up surrounded by the vibrant energy of restaurants in Venice CA, developing a deep love for hospitality that evolved into a dedicated bartending career.
Together, we merge tradition and innovation. From mastering timeless classics to exploring bold new flavor combinations, our shared journey is rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Introducing our Ice Program
Pebble Ice
Pebble ice is used in cocktails because it offers the perfect balance between chilling, dilution, and presentation. Its small, uniform pieces have a large surface area, which cools a drink rapidly while melting at a steady pace, allowing flavors to open up without becoming watered down too quickly. The texture adds a refreshing crunch that makes each sip lively, and it packs tightly in the glass, holding garnishes beautifully in place.

Full Cubes
We use full cubes because they strike the best balance between chilling power and controlled dilution for most cocktails. They’re versatile, working equally well for shaking, stirring, or serving drinks on the rocks.
They also circulate better in a shaker or mixing glass, creating efficient chilling and aeration without breaking apart. In short, they’re the workhorse of cocktail ice — reliable, consistent, and ideal for maintaining flavor integrity in a wide range of drinks.

Big Cubes
We use big ice cubes because they melt much slower than standard cubes, keeping cocktails cold for longer without over-diluting them. This is especially important for spirit-forward drinks where every drop of water changes the flavor balance.
Their size and clarity also add a visual statement — a single, perfectly cut cube makes the drink look intentional, elevated, and premium. Big ice cubes aren’t just functional; they’re part of the presentation, signaling craftsmanship and attention to detail before the first sip.
We offer the option to personalize your big cube with a logo.
